Math News Week Oct. 1 to Oct. 5

Algebra 1
Objectives: Students will be able to divide rational numbers. Students will be able to display and analyze data by plotting on a number line.
Students will be quizzed on these two topics on Thursday.
Geometry Acc
Objectives: Students will be able to analyze statements in IF-Then form. Students will be able to write the converse, inverse, and contrapositive of IF-THen statements. (2-3)
Students will be able to use the Law of Detachment and the Law of Syllogism. (2-4)
Students will be able to identify and use basic postulates about points lines and plane. (2-5)
Students will take a quiz on 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3.

Integrated 1
Objectives: Students will be able to display and interpret data on a histogram, frequency table, and stem and leaf plot.

There will be a quiz covering these two topics on Friday.
